What forms of payment does Baby Steps Florida, LLC accept?

Baby Steps Florida, LLC does not currently accept insurance and operates on an out-of-pocket payment model. All invoices will be sent via Square and are HIPPA compliant. A super bill is available upon request for submission to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. We suggest calling your insurance company to determine if reimbursement is possible.

Cash, checks, credit cards, and HSA/FSA cards are all accepted. Card payments are processed securely through Square, a payment processing platform.

Where does therapy take place?

Baby Steps Florida, LLC is a mobile service, meaning we come to you! Currently, we are serving the following areas: Jacksonville, Jacksonville Beach, Ponte Vedra, Ponte Vedra Beach, St. Augustine, Nocatee, Palm Coast, and surrounding areas.

What ages does Baby Steps Florida, LLC treat?

Baby Steps Florida, LLC serves children ages birth to 24 months.

What is Baby Steps Florida, LLC’s cancellation policy?

Appointments cancelled more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will incur a $50 cancellation charge. No-show appointments will not receive a refund.

Do I need a prescription from my child's doctor?

A signed prescription or referral from the pediatrician or primary care physician is required for therapy evaluation and treatment. A diagnosis code needs to be included on the prescription or referral. A referral/prescription is not required for evaluations or services provided for parent coaching only.
